Taxe de participare:

Medic specialist / primar 200 RON
Medic rezident / tehnician / fizician / biochimist 100 RON

 

Plata taxei de participare se poate face online, cu cardul, sau prin transfer bancar, pe baza facturii proforme emise automat la înregistrare.
Taxa de participare include materialele aferente evenimentului, accesul în sala în care se prezintă lucrările, accesul la pauzele de cafea și mesele de prânz organizate, precum și accesul în zona expozițională.
Taxele achitate nu se vor returna în caz de neprezentare!

Materiale/Certificatul de participare
În cazul neprezentării personale în cadrul evenimentului, achitarea taxei de participare nu presupune primirea materialelor pregătite sau a certificatului de participare. Acesta va fi eliberat la sfârșitul evenimentului doar pentru persoanele care au participat personal la eveniment.
Certificatul de participare poate fi solicitat de către un delegat, numai în condițiile în care persoana pentru care este solicitat a participat la lucrările Conferinței.

Înscrierile pe loc
Participanții care se înscriu pe loc  vor primi materialele aferente evenimentului și vouchere pentru accesul la mese în limita disponibilității.
Pentru a beneficia de toate materialele unui eveniment, vă rugăm să efectuați înregistrarea online, în termenul stipulat pe site.

Ecusonul
Ecusonul se primeste personal de catre fiecare participant, odată cu ridicarea materialelor de la secretariatul evenimentului.
Purtarea ecusonului este obligatorie pe toată durata evenimentului.
Accesul la pauzele de cafea, de prânz, precum și la mesele de seară se va face exclusiv pe baza ecusonului primit personal de către participanți.

This live activity is designed to meet the interests of primary doctors, specialist, residents of radiotherapy and medical physicists.

PARTICIPATION FEE
Payment of the participation fee can be made online, by card, or by bank transfer, based on the pro forma invoice issued automatically on registration.
The participation fee includes event-related materials, access to the showroom, access to coffee breaks and organized lunch meals as well as access to the exhibition area.
Paid fees will not be refunded in case of no show!

MATERIALS / CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The attending certificate will be issued only for the participants that have personally attended the event.
The participation certificate may be requested by a delegate, only if the person for whom he / she is requesting it has attended in the proceedings of the event.

ON SPOT REGISTRATION
On spot registered participants will receive the event-related content and vouchers that grant access to the organized meals and coffee breaks, in the limit of availability.
In order to benefit from all the materials of an event, please make the online registration within the deadline stipulated on the site.

BADGE
The badge is personally received by each participant, together with the materials from the event secretariat.
Wearing the badge is mandatory throughout the event.
Access to coffee breaks and lunch will be granted exclusively on the basis of the badge received by the participants.
